Hey team: is there anyway to download an email out of crm? for example, this is a table that has the timeline component - in there you can see an email. I want to be able to export this email to my pc - any way to do this?

    Hi @nz1

As per OOB Behavior, it is not possible.

It is not possible to save the email directly as .eml but if you want to extract the email contents like body , attachments, sender and receiver you can do so using the GetRowByID and you can save the details in a sharepoint list for example, I know this is not what you are after but this is an alternative to trying to save the email as a whole.

    Hi @nz1 ,

Maybe you can try to use MDA to call flow to export mail. Then you could try to use 'file system' connector and gateway to download this file on your PC.

    Sample:

//This example works for downloading emails you've already sent

Then you could call the flow in the mail form command bar.

    Hope it helps you.
