Data loss prevention policies block me from doing anything within "knowledge"

Whenever I try to upload something in Copilot Studio within the "Knowledge" section, it says blocked....even if it's just uploading a pdf that I downloaded. Sharepoint and onedrive are blocked too. I get this error message below.
 
My question: does anyone know how to solve this? I would love to be able to tell our IT/Admin what they need to do to fix this.

    Ask your IT admin to go to the Power platform Admin Centre and amend the DLP that is applied to your environment.
     
    You will need the ‘Knowledge source with Documents in Copilot Studio’ allowed and added to the business section of the Data policy.

    Just to add if you want SharePoint as a knowledge source then you’ll need to request this connector - “Knowledhe source with SharePoint and OneDrive in Copilot Studio”
