the announcement of update on Dataverse layout,anyone knows?

I noticed that a new version of Dataverse layout/portal/editor has been published.

it was very different from its previous look and need some time to be accustomed to.
and my question is, I didn't find any announcement about the update, anyone knows where I can find the article or announcement?I need some guidance.

and what is Power Pages(; what do you think of it guys...

    Power Pages is a new name for Power Apps Portal.  https://powerpages.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-microsoft-power-pages-build-secure-low-code-websites/ 

     

    I have not found any published update (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform-release-plan/2022wave1/power-apps/planned-features) on the new layout...  Will keep looking.
