how to display date and time in Text box and SP list box?

Hi 

I have two field from SP list that is pick into the form

how to auto show the box to show current date and time they log in to use

 

from SP List to Form - I like to see the date and time 

if I put as NOW(); hh;mm;ss.. it is not working

and I have a label box,  is it Now(); hh;mm;ss?

    Please use below, On your control go to Advanced properties and choose the below date format

    It looks like date picker only shows date , so please have a look on this similar post for showing the time beside the date picker

    what if the User pick other date 

     

    how to show the date and time that the form is submitted automatically and not use today()?  Thanks

    Not sure why the time not pickup as the correct time again?

    It was ok when I first edit it.
