Hi @Anonymous,
Which license does your PowerApps belong to?
The user @GPetrites has faced same issue with you, please check the response within the following thread:
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Connectors/Data-Integration-quot-Error-in-retrieving-targetTypes-quot/td-p/119136
Please check if the Common Data Service within your PowerApps environment is the latest version, if not, please take a try to create a new environment with the latest version Common Data Service, then try it again on your side to check if the issue is solved.
More details about creating a database with the latest version of Common Data Service, please check the following blog:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/create-a-database-with-the-latest-version-of-common-data-service/
In addition, please also take a try to clear cache of your browser, then try it again to check if the issue still exists.
Best regards,
Kris
I have the same issue. This is the third time in a few months it occurs.
I am using my office licence (PowerApps for Dynamics 365) which has got all the privilages and the CDS database was created only on last friday (03/08/2018). The system was working till UK lunch time then suddenly this started happening. Even tried today morning still same error. I'll delete the database and create it again and check it out (which doesn't make sense as it was created only last friday). I've got projects in them does that mean I need to create them all again?
Hi,
I tried after deleteing the old one and after creating the new one, no luck still the same error. Could you please take look we are struck and can't progress.
Thanks
