I have the following flow:

 
And this app with a single button that executes the flow:
 



But when I share the app with other users and they try to run the flow, they get the following error:
 
 
Both the app and the flow are in the same environment, what could be happening?

    This usually means that the people you shared it with do NOT have the Basic User Role for the environment.
     
    Have your IT or yourself go to the environment admin page.
    Go to users
    Select someone it doesn't work for.
    Check their roles
    Makes sure they have Basic User and it should be fine
