Filtering gallery with multiple different criteria

Hello,

I have a share point list connected to a gallery that I am trying to filter with multiple different search criteria. I want the gallery to show all entries on the list, but I want to be able to type in "workers name" and filter by that worker or "work order number" and be able to filter by that. I've included a picture as an example.

    I can see you have a date picker control, and three text input controls. Could you confirm the data types for the fields you want to apply those filters onto are correct:

     

    Date: Date type
    Worker name: Single Line Text
    WO Number: Number
    Description: Multi-line Text
