Enterprise Data Connectors Unavailable.

I'm trying to setup an Enterprise data connector as a knowledge source in CoPilot studio but am unable to get access to these connectors below:

There is mention that admin approval or licensing may be required, but I cannot find anywhere in the MS docs what permissions you need to enable to use theses settings.
If these are just unavailable due to their preview status, is there a way to get access to this preview?

    Hello,

I'm able to choose them - I guess not everyone is receiving the access to the preview. Can you check if it works now?

    Best regards,

Same issue here. I would like to connect to Jira (Cloud).

I also see all of these disabled options when first creating the agent:

There's a hint that they will be available later, but when changing the Knowledge sources once the agent has been created, I only see these:

    Potential Reasons for the Issue

    1. Feature Rollout: As the message suggests, these Enterprise data connectors may still be in the process of being rolled out or are not yet fully supported in your tenant. Microsoft often rolls out features gradually, so they may not be available to all users immediately.

    2. Connector Availability: Copilot Studio may limit the connectors that are available based on the region, licensing level, or specific configurations within your tenant. These connectors could appear later as Microsoft enables additional features.

    3. Agent Creation Limitations: When you create an agent, the initial setup might limit you to a subset of knowledge sources (like basic data sources). Changing or adding Enterprise data connectors may only be possible once certain conditions or updates are met in the environment.

    What You Can Do Next

    1.  Wait for Feature Updates: Since Microsoft mentions that these connectors will be available later, you may need to wait until they become accessible. Keep an eye on the official Microsoft updates and feature release notes for Copilot Studio.

      •  Check for Updates: Check within Copilot Studio periodically for any updates to the available knowledge sources. Some features may be unlocked through feature flags or system updates.

      •  Ensure Correct Configuration: Double-check your environment settings and licensing to ensure you have the right permissions and access to use the Enterprise connectors. Some data sources might require you to configure them in advance (like connecting to a specific database or service).

        •  Recreate the Agent: If possible, try recreating the agent after the Enterprise connectors are made available to see if they show up in the available knowledge sources during agent creation.

        •  Microsoft Support: If you're still unable to access the connectors and it's critical for your setup, you might want to raise a support request with Microsoft to clarify the timeline or to check if there’s any issue with your tenant configuration.

For the unavailable connectors. You have to install Microsoft Graph Connector Agent and then you have to configure it on admin portal. You should have admin rights to do it.
Let me know if you have any other queries.

Make sure the enviornment DLP policies have all above connectors are classified as business connector. If these connectors are blocked , then it would show up as disabled/greyed out.

In addition to checking the DLP policies, these knowledge sources also varies based on the region that you have your tenant.

In my environment in my region, i can see only the below connectors enabled.

You can check with Microsoft if the connector is available for Public preview, before it is released.
