HI All,

I am trying to move a bot from one tenant to another. while importing the solution in destination tenant its giving below error.

Bot only contain system topics then also I am facing error.

Does any one face this

Error - Import failed: {"statuscode":500,"statusdescription":"Internal Server Error","errors":[{"code":10000,"message":"MissingRequiredDependency: The referenced Topic with Id does not exist."}]}

Hi @Amol-Kavnekar ,

- Try to open your bot >> Topics menu >> see if it has any error showing inside your topics on the table. Do you see any error showing?

- Did you upgrade your bot?

- Do you know if your bot are working if you send a message using the Test Bot feature?

Thanks for your reply .

1. I have created bot today itself so there is no need to upgrade.
2. As I have mentioned all are system topics and not showing any error.
3. Yes u have tested the Bot it's working fine.

Yes, you do need to upgrade to make available to export your bot using this documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-export-import-bots#upgrade-existing-bots-preview
