Onselect function of the "send leave request" button is incorrect

Hello everyone,
I hope you are well?

I have just created an application for company users' holidays.

However I have an error on my Patch function.
It says that the Patch function has invalid arguments ...

I have searched on the forum, on the Microsoft docs etc...

I still can't find where the error comes from 😞
That's why I turn to the Microsoft Power App community.
