What is the limitation of trial version? Is AI dumber in trial version?

I am trying the trial version. I added an Excel file to its knowledge.
Whenever I ask copilot how many files in its knowledge. It always reply that it can't read at all.
Yet, if I asked something mentioned in the file, it can still reply with 50% incorrect data.
It always read data of other rows while I am asking for the status of a single transaction which all data is recorded on the same row.
It also seems the copilot can't be get smarter by explaining rules. Am I over-expecting it?

    following is my understanding as of today:
     
    Copilot can reference documents you've uploaded but often doesn’t explicitly recognize or enumerate them. This is why it responds inaccurately to queries like "how many files are in your knowledge."
    Copilot does not inherently understand Excel as a relational dataset (e.g., row-based relationships). Instead, it treats the file more like a static document.
    ------
    Add unique identifiers and a rules section.Reference specific rows or transactions in your questions. If Excel continues to cause issues, try using a CSV or a simpler structure.

    The question regarding how many files doesn't seem relevant. Its purpose is to aggregate, accumulate and build knowledge; identify relationships and form conclusions based on the data that you provide. The trial version would be practically the same as the paid versions in terms of reasoning.
