Import solution to same environment replaced my existing chatbot and not allowing me to edit the topics

I exported the copilot as a solution and imported it to create a duplicate copu but it replaced the same chatbot and it published some changes which I din't expect to get published. Now it is not allowing me to edit the topics by showing this message "Because this copilot is managed and uncustomizable, new topics cannot be created. Learn more about managed objects."

Please help me urgently, I tried to switch on the Allow customizations from PowerApps imported solution but it is disabled

Hi @Karishma2805998 ,

If you insist on editing the bot in the managed solution, try the following steps

1\ Delete the managed solution in the prod env.

2\ Open the unmanaged solution in dev env.

3\ Set bot's and Topics' 'Allow customizations' to true.

4\ Export the solution and import again.
