This morning when attempting to import changes from my component library to my canvas app, after waiting several minutes longer than normal for the components to import, I decided to refresh the app thinking it got stalled. When the app reloaded, it was completely empty. No screens. No controls. No components.
I tried restoring from a previous version. Nothing.
I tried importing a backup copy. Nothing.
I tried reimporting the component library components. Received an error.
A few things to note:
1. We have co-authoring turned on.
2. We are using many modern controls.
I have never experienced this issue before and luckily had a PROD version of the app to remake DEV but it would have been terrifying if this had happened to PROD or if this was our only copy.
Based on some feedback from ChatGPT, it was suggested to clear my cache. This DIDN'T help, but just now, almost an hour later, the app is reloading again without errors. I still don't know what happened but I'm happy it wasn't completely unsalvageable.
