share excel sheet with everyone using power apps

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if there was a better solution out there for my power apps application.

To use my power apps, employees have to have access to an excel sheet thats connected with the app. The excel sheet is saved on my one drive and I have to give individual access to everyone and this takes a-lot of time as I have many employees. Anyway I can just share it with everyone all in one shot? is there a better solution? Like saving the file somewhere else?

thank you,

    1) if theres any chance you will have multiple people all changing the excel sheet simultaneously vis powerapps you are going to run into issues eventually, i'd recommend converting the datasource over to sharepoint. Only takes 30 minutes at worst and saves you time in the future.

    2) after doing that you can set your sharepoint sites access to grant it to anyone in the company

no one is changing it, it’s just reading it on the power apps, but the excel sheet gets updated every 15 minutes through power automate when a new email arrivals . When I try to do this in a SharePoint list I can’t . It’s driving me insane lol

yah this would definitely be better to do in sharepoint list, powerautomate can update a list the same as an excel spreadsheet. maybe show us a fake example of what comes in via email and what problems you are having when trying to send that info to splist vs excel.

So this what I tried to do using power automate,  So when the email comes, Delete Sharepoint items then get the excel table that was updated, then create items.. Im sure there is an easier way. The excel document is different every time but the headers are the same.
