Help with refreshing Dataverse tables.

Hi all,

I’m new to Power Apps / Dataverse having come across it through Power Bi.

I have dataflows in Power Bi which are on a periodic refresh schedule which the Dataverse table connects to.

When I initially setup the Dataverse table in Power Apps it allowed me to select manual or periodic refresh, I selected periodic weekly.

When in the PowerApps Table view I can’t find an option to change or manually refresh this setting. I’ve researched a solution and the only one I can find is to use Power Automate, I’m also struggling with this.

Is there an easier way with Power Apps?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Lee

    Hi @LeeS2 ,

Can you please clarify how you are connecting your Power BI dataset to dataverse table? I'm assuming you are using Power App dataflows to connect to it? If yes, you can find and change your dataflow refresh setting from https://make.powerapps.com/dataintegration, or just go to your environment and select "More" in the left navigation, choose discover and then scroll down to see the "Dataflow" option and you can find it there.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind Regards,

    Shaik Sha

Hi @Mister_Shaik thanks for much, issue resolved, you are a star!

Posting my issue in further detail in case anyone else has the same problem.

I setup my tables using the 'Tables' quick link menu bar in Power Apps.

The 'Dataflows' link was not visible in the quick links menu bar until I clicked on the data integration link you suggested.  https://make.powerapps.com/dataintegration

My 'Dataflows' link is now visible in the quick links menu and I can now see all the Dataflows associated to previously setup tables and can edit refresh settings etc.

Thanks again for taking the time to review my issue.
