Hi,

Is it possible for me to copy the users of App A, and Paste it into my shared users of App B?

I cant seem to find a way to do this. I have 1000+ people who access the app and my org doesnt allow me to share with "everyone"

There's no easy way to do that if you've shared with over a thousand individuals.

You should ideally be using security groups to share with - that way you only need to add people to a security group and they automatically get given access to whatever the security group is applied to.

I've seen lots of different ways this has been designated, but commonly groups like:

'Finance Apps Users', 'HR Apps Users', 'Maintenance Apps Users', etc

or else there's also the per-app/per-solution sharing groups:

'Accounts Receivable Apps Users', 'IT Servicedesk Apps Users', 'IT Servicedesk Apps Admins', etc

But no matter how you define it, I definitely recommend using that method rather than sharing Apps directly with people, as it makes the maintenance of that sharing a lot easier
