Is there an easy way to retrieve old version data in dataverse tables?

Hi,

We know that we can enable audit feature in dataverse by enabling this setting on environment level and then individual table levels to turn on the auditing for the tables.

1) But is there an easy way to check the audit history for these tables without creating the model driven app?

2) Is there a way to get the old version data or revert to previous version like we do in SharePoint?

I have the same question (0)

    1. You need to enable the generic settings as well on each table and field you need to monitor changes on.

    2. To revert to a previous version in dataverse it would be through a back up restore process.

    Hi @Mira_Ghaly

Thank you for your response. I get the 2nd point now. But for first point, I already enabled it for the table I want to audit, my question is where should I go now to check the audit history? Other blogs recommend to create a simple model driven app and add the required table there to check audit history in related tab, but can we check it from table settings directly?

You can view the audit history by directly navigating the view audits.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-dataverse-auditing#use-the-audit-summary-view

You can do whatever filtration required there.
