Hello All,
 
I'm working on a company wide Agent to assist with all things IT, HR, and Payroll. Before going live, I'd like to figure out why the Icon isn't saving our company logo. I have logged into Copilot studio and uploaded our PNG image, saved, and published. However, once I publish and search the Agent in teams it still shows the generic Robot Icon. 

How can I get around this? The only time I see the logo I uploaded is when the agent is responding to a question. Any feedback/tips would be appreciated. 

IE-  I've cleared my teams cache.

    This is essentially a known annoying beyond belief issue.
     
    If you have not unpublish, take a break, come back and clear you cache again and make sure to use an incognito instance to unpublish and publish.
     
    This can take a lot of patience and time just letting it trickle through the tenant. Not fun, but essentially its just a throw spaghettis at the wall with unpublish / publish / cache and wait.
     
    BTW do others also just see it? part of the reason it takes long can also depend on who is using it, or how many installed it.

    The icon you set in your agent's Agent details tab will appear when the agent is typing.

    To update the icon in Microsoft Teams, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Channels
    2. Select Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot
    3. Click Edit details

    From there, you can change the agent’s icon and background colour. Once you publish the changes, the updated icon should appear in your agent’s Teams app.
