Adding "Other" to Combobox values from sharepoint List

Hi Everyone

I have a Combo box with following item Property (SharePoint List Datasource / Multiselect Combo Box )

Filter(Capsules_Toplists,"Ineffective Capsules" in List_name.Value).Title

it is a set item from my SharePoint list

Along with this is there is any way to add "other" Option along with the dropdown items

Could anyone help to understand fix this one

Ungroup([Filter(Capsules_Toplists,"Ineffective Capsules" in List_name.Value).Title,{Title:"Other"}],Value)

can you try this:

in onvisible of screen:

ClearCollect( CombinedOptions, Filter(Capsules_Toplists, "Ineffective Capsules" in List_name.Value), {Title: "Other"} )

items property:

CombinedOptions
