Changed Email addresses not updating in office 365 connector

My enterprise is updating emails to go from a certain domain to a new one. I have an app that uses the office 365 connector to get the email of a user if their name is selected in the combo box. The connection is selecting their old emails. The emails are up to date in outlook, but the connector is still failing to select the new emails. The emails have been updated for more than a week at this point

    Have you checked in Entra under their User settings what the email address in there is ?

    I do not have permissions to use that feature. So there is a possibility for the emails to be different when in outlook vs using the mail feature of the office 365 connector?

    @datahelpme ,

    I think you need to talk to your O365 administrator before we go any further - the email is contained in the Entra User information, so you need to check there first.

    I kinda want to know whether there is a possibility for a user to have two emails in this case before attempting to contact them as to not waste their time. In case there was a chance that I was using the wrong connector or if i could access the alternate email another way with the office 365 connector

    @datahelpme ,

    The only way to know for sure is to check the Entra email in the User Information. What code are you using to get the user's email ?
