Power Automation Desktop App says "Getting Things Ready' Never opens

Power Automate Desktop App won't open just says "getting things ready".  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted computer, attempted some suggestions on clearing cache but the file doesn't exist on my computer.   NEED HELP ASAP!
