I have created the sharepoint page.
I am trying to add on copilot the knowledge sources.

Add 2 Knowledge sources:
  • Add the Departmental Knowledge Management SharePoint Site URL.
Remember to use the URL from the Home Page of the new SharePoint site you created.

Adjust the name and description as shown below.
Desc: This site contains Troubleshooting documentation for using coffee making equipment.
  • Add the Library from the Service Collab channel using the Browse Files link. Adjust the name and description as shown below.
Desc: The documents in this location include User Guides for equipment usage and warranty information.
But the error i get with following those instructions are that the sharepoint site url ... This item was not found in your sharepoint or onedrive files.

Copilot tells me the following

The key truth

You cannot add this URL as a SharePoint knowledge source because:

**It is not part of your tenant’s SharePoint.

Your tenant does not have SharePoint.
The Power Up training site is not real SharePoint.**

This is exactly why the system refuses it.

So how can I do this.  Thanks

Are you following the curriculum from here: https://powerup.microsoft.com/?

I'm not part of the that learning community, but the the SharePoint site must be in the same tenant that you're building the agent in. In a previous module, did you provision a SharePoint site?

Since you said that you've already created the SharePoint page, you'll need to get your tenant's SharePoint site URL.

You can get to your SharePoint sites (or create a new one) here: https://<YOUR_TENANT_NAME>.sharepoint.com

If that doesn't work, try logging into M365 with https://m365.cloud.microsoft (or https://portal.office.com). On the bottom left side, choose "Apps", then "SharePoint." If you have sites, they will be listed here or you can create a new site.

Now, use the SharePoint URL from the homepage you created in your tenant (the one that has your User guides for equipment usage and warranty) and you will get past that error.
