Blank Canvas after exit

Has anyone noticed a Blank Canvas that is on screen after closing a PA that you have been editing?  I seem be getting this irregularly. It seems to be a new canvas ready for creating a new app

    I often experience that situation too. Normally, it should go to the Power App home screen, but sometimes it ends up staying on a blank editing screen. But there weren't any particular issues
