PowerApps Date Validation in "mm/yyyy" format where mm should not be grater than 12

I am working on requirement where I have to add the date validation in format "mm/yyyy" and I have completed that task.

Please find the below working code

If(
 IsMatch(
 DataCardValue31.Text,
 Digit & Digit & "/"& Digit& Digit& Digit& Digit
 ),
 Check,
 Icon.Warning
)

Now I wanted to add one more validation where 'mm/yyyy' , mm must between 1-12 , it should not greater than 12.

Please suggest some solutions

If( IsMatch( DataCardValue31.Text, Digit & Digit & "/"& Digit& Digit& Digit& Digit ) && Value(Left(DataCardValue31.Text,2)) > 0 && Value(Left(DataCardValue31.Text,2)) <=12, Check, Icon.Warning )
