how to call column to put in search function - "Search(source,text,column)" because my column for contractor column have display value..

You can use Filter instead of Search in that case.

Filter(DataSource,TextInput3.Text in ColumnName.DisplayName)

ColumnName is a person column in my SharePoint list.
