Hello, need some help please.

I am trying to create a new Dynamics 365 Trial Environment in Power Platform Admin.

Choosing

Name: Test

Type: Trial

Region: Default

Create a database for this environment: Yes

On the next screen I am getting message:

Currently, Dynamics 365 apps can only be enabled for production environment. You can create trial here

Pressing on the link, follow the steps, it says you already have Dynamics 365 licence.

Ok, So I try the same create environment screen again, but choosing "Production" for the type.

Now I am getting the following message:

You do not have the required Dynamics 365 licenses to create databases with Dynamics apps

Checking Microsoft 365 admin center, Licences, I have the following entries there:

 Dynamics 365 P1 Trial for Information Workers ‎| 9998‎ available ‎| 2‎ assigned of ‎10000‎ total | Organization

 Microsoft Forms Pro USL ‎| 1‎ available | ‎0‎ assigned of ‎1‎ total | Organization

 Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial | ‎9998‎ available | ‎2‎ assigned of ‎10000‎ total | Organization

And I do have the licence assigned to my account.

I am in a global admin group.

How can I create the trial Dynamics 365 environment to continue my learning of it?

Really appreciate any help!

Your license determines whether you can create environments.

If you fulfil above requirements, and still cannot create production environment, then I would suggest opening a Support Ticket with Microsoft to get this investigated further.
