Create a dummy Item that cannot be delete by dataflow refresh

Hi All , 

I had a dataverse it will daily refreshed by dataflow can i create a dummy item that keep on the dataverse not deleted by dataflow refresh

    Hello, @abc3, if you have setup your Dataflow to delete the records that are not included the in query, then there is no way to keep that dummy record.
