    Hi @ALP2 ,

Can you take a screenshot of the Customization tab privileges for the Basic User role? Perhaps you may have accidentally unchecked some of the important permissions there.

Is read permission for Web Resource checked?

For testing purposes, i gave the system customiser role and it's working.

I forgot to mention that but with my custom role basic user, when my user play the apps, this warnig appears.

At first, i was thinking about a forgotten permission. So in D365 i check my role was ticked for this apps and it's ok.

    Hi @ALP2,

Yes a license is required to use Dataverse in a sandbox or production environment. For development purposes, you could leverage the Power Apps Developer Plan which is a free environment with most of the premium capabilities.

I have just created a developer plan in my customer environnement.

I imported the solution and i share it to a user that have not a licence power apps.

He can open the app but it can see the navigation menu at the left...and it has the message on the top "to optimize....choose an application" but there no application to choose.

Sorry I've just find that my user didn't have a power apps licence (the free licence).

It's correct now. Thanks for your help
