how to populate field with rule based on another column

I have 2 drop down fields in my power app.

Unit Make
AA
BB
CC
DD

Unit Model
EE
FF
GG
HH
II
JJ
KK
LL
MM

If Unit Make is selected AA
Then only Unit Model

EE

FF

would be shown up.

I added rule to filter out the Unit Model column.

As I applied rules to the Unit Model based on Unit Make selection. The value for Unit Make is not being populated on Word Template when my flow runs.

If I select any of three, it did not show any value in the field once the flow runs and I get word document on my email.

Scenarios for all 3 values -

Unit Model Value - It populate code in the field, does not help to populate the value
Unit Model Item - It add apply to each step automatically if I add this as dynamic content
Unit Model - it add apply to each step automatically if I add this as dynamic content

How to fix this.

How is the data going to the flow.  Is it from a PowerApps trigger that you call in power apps?  Or is your Power App submitting a form / patching a row and that triggers the flow?

If you're triggering the flow from the power app, you're likely not referencing the dropdown control properly.  Can you post that formula?

    Thanks much for quick reply.

I made a SharePoint list and then built a Power app so when someone add a record with power apps, it is saved in list.
My flow is being triggred from Sharepoint List.

    Update -

I created CSV table and mapped Output of these tables in flow to collect values with Word template with flow. It worked for me.

    Thanks you!
