Implement PowerApps tool outside an environment

Hi,

I have created a Canvas App using PowerApps, SharePoint List and Power Automate within my Organizations environment.

Now there is a demand to deploy it outside the organization's environment.

Is it possible. If yes what all steps need to be followed?

Help me.

Hi @Sam70 ,
Yes, that's possible, but you must to add every external user as a Guest to your Azure Directory, and attribute a license for each external user who are planning to access the solution.

Hi @wolenberg_ , Thank you for the response. What if we export the canvas app as well as the flows to the other environment i.e. outside my organization. If that is possible how to share the SharePoint site?

@Sam70 , to share a SharePoint site to an external user, it's almost the same way, with guest users adding at your AD, one viable solution it is create a clone site in the guest tenant, and use the same structure of lists/fields.
To improve even more, you also can add enviroment variables to set the Site Name and the Lists who are necessary to run the application / flows. This turns the processs easier to export outside the company tenant.
