Sharepoint Integration Power app form not showing in sharepoint list

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a PowerApps form which I created using SharePoint Integration from SharePoint List. 

 

But the PowerApps form is not showing inside the SharePoint list. 

 

I have updated the form settings of SharePoint list to Use a custom form created in PowerApps (requires new list experience)

Still the app is not showing inside the SharePoint List ( App is Published, Refreshed  the list, tried removing cache file from browser history)

    Hi @Danny_Dicaprio ,

     

    I've encountered the same problem. I finally solved it by creating a new List with the same format.
