"Corporate" account in Microsoft Flow

How can you create Flows for Corporate purposes that doesn't break down if someone leaves or their password expires etc. Is there any functionality to use a system account or similar? Is the solution to create a system account for ourselves, that has the necessarry access and then threat it as a system account with no password expiry etc.? Or is there any best practices way to handle this?

Imagine making a Document management solution in Sharepoint Online, how can we ensure it will be operational regardless of individual user accounts?

best regards

Tor

    Hi @torhildrum,

In PowerApps, you should be able to share an App, which would allow different user to access to same data source.

For Microsoft Flow sharing, please take a look at Team Flow feature:

Announcing the Preview of Team Flows

"Team flows make it possible for multiple people to own and manage a flow together, and, if someone leaves an organization, the flows they created can continue to run. "

If you have any further questions, please post back.

    Regards,

    Michael
