HI I am scenario, where the client is using an app to click a button which will trigger a cloud flow and fetch data from on-prem sql server then load into Dataverse and then populate the data from different sections of the form. In this scenarios from license point I understand I need Power apps per user license but do I also need Power Automate premium license too. I am not sure if this fits under the MS definition as documented below.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-flow-licensing-faq#are-full-power-automate-capabilities-included-in-power-apps-licenses

Power Apps licenses continue to include Power Automate capabilities. However, flows need to run within the context of the app, which refers to using the same data sources for triggers or actions as the app. Consuming standalone Power Automate flows unrelated to the app(s) requires purchase of a Power Automate license. |

Any help is appreciated. thanks
