Unknown network error when using patch function.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? The app was working great all week and I was only doing minimal changes (including adding one people picker column), then this starts and I cannot fix it.

I tried undoing al the changes I made since the last time it worked OK, but still get the errors. It's so freakin' non-descriptive I don't know where to even begin looking.

I've found that using the Monitor feature in Power Apps has helped me identify the specific line of code that's failing.

Never did that before so looked up how and unfortunately the app doesn't appear in the training playground to monitor.

Yeah, searching on the topic I had already found that out, but it requires me to run the app in "Play" mode, but when I do that it's blank!

Hopefully these aren't obvious (or stupid) things: this is literally my very first PA app.

That's an excellent question, but I am not sure of the answer.

I didn't create any special save button. I am just using the one that is always at the top of any form you create in SharePoint. Could that be the issue?

Likely one of your data cards is incorrect. Have you modified any of them.

I modified the sizes of the actual cards, trying to "compact" the interface a little more. I am at a loss to suspect that change would be suspect.

Your form somehow got corrupted. Delete it and start again. Make a note of any changes and save it each time.

I rebuilt the form, get the same error. The good news is the Play function works now, meaning I can use Monitor. The bad news is that the errors aren't any more descriptive. Everything is an "unknown" error.
