Displaying More SharePoint Documents per Page

I've I've got an entity with a Document Location Subgrid that displays these documents on the Portal. My problem is that it only displays 5 documents at a time and it doesn't list all of the page numbers at the bottom of the subgrid until a user loads in the next page. This is shown in the images below where I go from page 1 to 2 and page 3 isn't an option until page 2 is visited.

TL;DR

How do I display more than 5 documents from SharePoint per page?
How do I load all of the pages immediately?

The underlying problem is that CRM subgrid is designed to show only 5 records at a time. The portal is just mimicking CRM design.
I don't think there is an easy fix for this. You may end up writing plugin on RetrieveMultiple message and change maxcount of records if the view filter matches.
