Is there an easy way to download a JSON or XML representation of a chatbot that has been built and deployed via PVA?

Can you clarify what exactly you're trying to represent and the level of details you're expecting?
PVA chatbots and their subcomponents are basically mostly XML and JSON files when you export them in a solution.

Thanks for the response.
Basically the prompts, the choices, and the branching conditions -- enough for me, for instance, to take the representation and programatically convert it to say VisioXML or whatever destination represenbtation that a visualization tool can consume (impart with the tool).
You can use https://aka.ms/pvasnapshot to get a one-way export of the bot.
For preview bots, this will be a YAML file. For production bots, this is a JSON file.
Please note that the format of this file is not documented or supported today.
