Hope you are doing good.
1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com
2. Open the PowerApps Cavnas
3. Copy that URL
4. Now go to Dynamics Interface
5. For Eg if you want to call from a button then Write a JS or Open URL and Paste the URL Copied in Step 3
6. Publish it
