Is it possible to add a Tab Panel to a Screen on a Canvas App.
I did find one reference in a google search, but all I got was this:

That error message was a result of the forums structure being changed. We lost alot of good posts because of it.

There isn't a specific tab control in PowerApps.
I would recommend that you create an app based on the 'Asset Checkout' template. There, you can see how they've implemented tab functionality by adding a horizontal gallery control that contains the tab items.
