Unable to find Switch or case logic in Power Virtual agent

Hi,

 

I want to create a switch condition with 3 options in Power Virtual agent. But I am surprised it does not show options for multiple conditions. It only shows add a condition. Now I have a logic where I have a variable which can contain three values and based on each of the values I need to change the Process logic. How do we achieve this without using Switch?

    Hi @rajaniesh,

     

    In this instance couldn't you use a Multiple choice options question. If you add the three options in that question the Unified Canvas will automatically add the condition actions for you below the question.

     

    Below is an example.
