How to capture user input in a PVA with voice capabilities

Hi Team,

I am recently started working on a requirement to create a PVA with voice capabilities. As part of it, I am able to redirect calls to PVA. Now, I am trying to provide an option to user to press "9" in their dial pad, in case if they want to talk to an agent at any given point of time. I am struggling to get user input in this regard, please help me how can this be achieved?

DTMF isn't available natively yet in the unified authoring canvas of PVA.

With 3rd-parties like AudioCodes VoiceAI Connect this may be possible, although I haven't tested.
