I have a Canvas app with 2 types of controls: modern combobox and modern dropdown. Both controls have the same settings for font, font size, font weight, size, and padding. But the apparent size of the text in the controls is clearly different.
In this example, the left hand control is the combobox and the right hand control is the dropdown.
Not seeing this in my environment, both look exactly the same.
Old at the top new at the bottom.
