Making a leave management power app

Hello, I am stuck with making a leave management  power app, I want to know how to show specific fields when the specific user(Manager ) is logged in and approve the leave request  and hide the field when the employee is logged in and show him the status of the leave

 

how to make the approval flow without power automate itself in canvas power app

    To show and hide specific field based on role you need to maintain a list that has emails of manager.

    App.OnStart

    Set(IsManager,!IsBlank(LookUp(ManagerList,Email = User().Email)));

    The above variable will have a boolean value true or false which will indicate weather the logged in user is manager or not.

     

    Now go the field that you only want to display to the manager. Visible property of the datacard will be: IsManager

     

    So only manager will be able to see this field.
