Hello everyone

i want to set condition on dropdown when on change event fire.

If(Employees.'Is Manager'= true,
 Navigate(
 LRBS_FilterDropdown_4.Selected.screen,
 Fade
 )
)

I am writing this code on dropdown on change event.

i want to set validation in dropdown on change event.
