How to set up the icon in a modern button canvas app?

Hi there,

Is there any way to set-up the icon in a modern button?

I have a collection:

ClearCollect(colMainMenu,
{Name:"Hardware", Order: 1 , ID: 1, Icon:Icon.Print },
{Name:"Software", Order: 2 , ID: 2, Icon: Icon.Save})
 
And in a gallery I put a button and I want that the icon of the button takes the value from the collection:
 
ThisItem.Icon
 
But the icon is not working and it shows just a circle.
 
What am I doing wrong?

Great observation its wierd issue but this will be the work around for your case.

Instead of setting up the Icon property, I concat both icon and Name in the Text property.

Modern buttons are a bit different. You don't actually use the Icon.Print. You just enter "Print". So your collection will just store that text value "Print".

See if that doesn't help fix your issue.
