Import Managed Solution - Choice field values are not deleting!

Hi Team,

The Project for the web Accelerator solution was imported into Dev and UAT. I made changes to one of the Choice field (Alignment) in Dev and then imported into UAT.

On Dev, Alignment global choice field values I have renamed as follows and deleted the additional last 2 values (total 6 values)

1. Low

2. Medium

3. High

4. Critical

When I import on UAT, it shows like this:

1. Low

2. Medium

3. High

4. Critical

5. None

6. No Rating

How do we get rid of the last two values from the choice field in UAT? I am using a managed solution. I tried the Upgrade and Update options while importing the solution, but I haven't had any luck.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

    Hi @Sandeep009 ,

Check in the UAT environment to see the Solution Layers for that Choice column, usually there is a "Unmanaged Layer" where someone had modified this Choice in the UAT layer so it will keep that active unless you remove the Unmanaged layer in UAT.

Hi Sandeep, Please try to remove the unmanaged layer as shown here.

Also please verify if any dependent objects of the choice have have unmanaged layers.

    Thanks
