Upload photo to Copilot (or PVA)

Hello, 

 

I am trying to use Teams mobile channel to upload the image / Photo to chatbot.  How can I do the same, I looked at all the topic triggers, but I dont see a way to identify the event if an image has been uploaded. Please help.

    It's not currently supported in Teams. We have an example that shows how to handle file upload using a custom canvas.
