Retrieve the knowledge articles

hi

I would like to retrieve the content of our Knowledge Base articles created in Service Now. In Power Automate, I don't see the possibility .

 

Could you please let me know if I am wrong?

    Are you able to use the servicenow connector for this? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/service-now/

     

    If that doesn't support KB, you can also build a custom connector and use that in the fallback of a pva bot to answer any questions the bot does not know.
