We have quite some PowerApps dataflows that refreshes every 5 minutes to get data from an external third party through a web API endpoint and upsert data into Dataverse tables. This has been running fine for the last two years....
All of a sudden these refreshes stop every day around 11-12 o'clock in the morning, with the message "The refresh for this entity couldn't be executed because the user has reached their evaluation quota. Try again later or consider reducing the overall evaluation usage of the user"
When checking the refresh settings, it seems that we cannot have the dataflow refreshed more frequently than each 30 minutes (max 48 times per day).
I found this article that states that datasets on premium capacity has a 48 refreshes per day limit...
Has this limit (and enforcement) been introduced lately?
Is there any other way (with or without additional costs) to get more refreshes?
