Datasource : Sharepoint List

Sharepoint List Name :-

1. Staff

2. Project

Column inside List :-

1. Staff

Title (Text, Data is Staff Name)
Department (Choices)

2. Project

Project Name(Text)
Staff Involved (Lookup from Title column in Staff List)

I have 2 dropdown and to filter records based on this .

Dropdown :-

1. Department

2. Staff

Scenario :-

when user select item in department dropdown, it will automatically filter the staff dropdown for respective department but those who are exist in Project SPList

I am new here appreciate if you can help me on formula or screenshot thanks
