Every time I deploy my canvas app from my dev environment to a higher environment (in a managed solution) - my Flows used in the canvas app does not work anymore. To fix it, I have to press "edit", remove the connections to all my flows, then adding them back again.
After doing this - which is very cumbersome - then everything work alright again.
Why is it like this and is it any way to get around this problem?
First I want to understand if it is expected behaviour that I always need to remove the connections within my canvas app and then add them back after each deployment?
My flows (which all are triggered from within the canvas app - uses connection references)
Hi @Kran ,
After you import the solution into the new environment, is flow on or off ?
At my knowledge, If the flow is turned on, please check your security role 's solution and process permission.
If not, I guess it's due to the connection reference.

Yes, with the latest release to the PowerApps CLI, you can pre-load your solutions with connection references. Pre-populate connection references and environment variables for automated deployments using Power Platform Build Tools - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs
